Marketing result for Samokat: fast results for fast delivery
Attract customers to the Samokat mobile application and encourage them to place their first order.
To dig deeper into the target audience, we conducted a castdev among delivery users. We learned how they interact with services and what values are important to them.
During the project, we prepared more than 500 advertising materials and continue to work on 9 platforms: VKontakt, Yandex.Direct, BIGO, Huawei Ads, Unity, Xapads, Mintegral, Appnext & Xiaomi.
The advertising campaign relied on seasonality and a wide assortment, because through Samokat you can order everything for a comfortable life.
We integrated MMP Adjust with all used advertising platforms. By tracking the number of orders and their revenue at Adjust, we understand which formulations and products are preferred by users of delivery services. Thus, CR indicators for individual ads reached 100%.
Marketing result for Alfa Bank: increase in credit cards
Increase the issuance of credit cards, attract new customers to debit tickets and opening a bank account.
As a result, sales of both products started to increase in the first month and procurement costs were predicted to increase. The following month, the rapid growth of sales continued: the volume of activated cards exceeded the figures by 91%, the number of issued cash loans increased by 188%. The selling price started to drop.
Credit card activations increased by 169% in the third month compared to the first. At the same time, we switched to maintaining the achieved sales volume of cash loans, while continuing to reduce sales costs for both products.
